Do you know that companies are allowed to market and say anything related to there products to some extent?
Also, they are allowed to write anything on their front side.
Ignorance and being influenced by the marketing of these brands makes us waste our money on products which are not healthy for us and our family but are marketed as healthy.
What to do before purchasing any product from the market?
Never get influenced by advertisement.
do not believe in any salesperson or selling person in the shop or supermarket.
Be a smart consumer and always check the expiry date, ingredient list etc on your own and do not rely on someone else.
If needed always google the ingredients if you do not know what it is.
You can also check the reviews from trusted blogs or youtube channels of the product.
